UBF Maintenance Sdn Bhd ( UBFM ) as an Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) of Mechanical, Piping, Steel Structural & Civil Works, Turnaround Maintenance, Surface Preparation, Painting, Rotating Equipment Maintenance, Electrical & Instrument Services and Manpower Supply provider for petrochemical, construction, oil & gas industries is committed to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve Integrated Management System and to fulfil all the applicable legal & legislation, approved codes of practice & other requirements with the aim to ensure satisfaction of interested parties ( Client, Authority, Neighbour, contractor and sub contractor ).

UBFM‘s employees are fully committed toward the same goal by protecting environment, prevent pollution through systematic aspect identification, impact assessment & control and Training.

UBFM will provide sufficient resource of time, personnel, finance. information, training and supervision to the employees in order to meet the environmental objectives, action plan as well as continual improve employees‘ competency & efficiency. UBFM regards that the economic consideration do not take priority over environmental protection and pollution.

The management shall accept responsibility for reviewing the effectiveness of IMS and Company policy for suitability. The management shall promote the Environmental awareness among employees. business associates (include contractor and sub- contractor) and other interested parties to create clean environment for future generation.
