UBF Maintenance Sdn Bhd (UBFM) as an Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) of Mechanical, Piping, Steel Structural & Civil Works, Turnaround Maintenance, Surface Preparation, Painting, Rotating Equipment Maintenance, Electrical & Instrument Services including Ex and Non-Ex Electric Motor and Manpower Supply provider for Petrochemical, Construction and Oil & Gas industries is committed to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve Integrated Management System and to fulfil all the applicable legal & legislation, approved codes of practice & other requirements with the aim to ensure satisfaction of interested parties ( Client, Authority, Neighbour, contractor and sub-contractor ) by creating a corporate culture for the overall well-being of the employees and the community.

With consultation and participation from workers and interested parties involved, full commitment is given to achieve the same goal by preventing incident, injuries, ill health, eliminate hazards and reduce risks through systematic Job Safety Analysis, Control Procedure and Training.

UBFM will provide sufficient resource of time, personnel, finance, information, training and supervision to the employees in order to meet the objectives and action plan as well as continual improve employee’s competency & efficiency. UBFM regards that the economic considerations do not take priority over Health & Safety issues.

UBFM will protect workers from reprisals when reporting incidents, hazards, risks and opportunities as well as protect workers from stop work when they found unsafe working environment.

The management shall accept responsibility for reviewing the effectiveness of IMS and Company policy for suitability. The management shall promote the safety & health awareness among employees, business associates include contractor and sub-contractor) and other interested parties to ensure a safe place to work free from any incident personal injury, i health & occupational health
